School is more than just lessons – it is the place where your child’s day unfolds. At Terra Nova, we design this daily routine to adapt to your family: flexible in care, rich in experiences, and always with an open ear for what you need at any given moment.

From 7.30 am to 6.30 pm, your child is in good hands with us – in the morning before lessons and in the afternoon afterwards. Because family life rarely runs in full hours, we bill after-school care in 15-minute intervals: you only pay for the time you actually use. This gives you the freedom to plan your day without having to adhere to rigid care blocks.

We are also here for you during the school holidays: our holiday camps can be booked individually per day or for an entire week – exactly as it fits into your holiday plans.

On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, lunch is already included in the school fees – your child eats together with their class, without you having to worry about the organisation. On Wednesdays, the lunch club can be booked additionally if required.

Variety as well as a balanced, healthy, and child-friendly diet are important to us. That is why we have established clear nutritional principles.

After lessons, things don’t get quieter here, but more colourful. In our extracurricular courses, children can discover and deepen their interests – from chess, Kung Fu, and ballet to music, painting, robotics, and writing skills. This leaves time for what brings children joy, right at the place they already know.

Those who need support with homework or simply wish to work in a quiet, supervised environment will find the right setting in our supervised homework course. This keeps evenings and weekends free for family time – rather than discussions about homework.

Whether it is a one-day trip or a multi-day excursion with an overnight stay: we regularly move the classroom outdoors to enable experiences away from the daily school routine.

And then there are the moments that stay in the memory – our Halloween party, the Räbeliechtli parade, or Reading Week. Families experience some of these events together with us, because Terra Nova is not just your child’s school, but also a place where families meet.
